Copyright & DMCA Policy

Dizblanc LLC respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement relating to content hosted on Muzan, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
1. How to report infringement
If you believe content on Muzan infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact at support@muzan.app (subject: “DMCA Notice”) including all the elements below.
2. Required elements of a notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the URL).
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our response and repeat infringers
On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected customer. We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact including:
- your name, address, telephone, and email, and your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., for any district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the activity.
5. Misrepresentations
Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please submit notices and counter-notices in good faith.
