Accessibility Statement
Effective: June 23, 2026 Last updated: June 23, 2026
Dizblanc LLC is committed to making Muzan usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach, the standard we work toward, and how to reach us about accessibility.
1. Conformance status
We aim for the Public Menu and the Dashboard to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We consider the Service to be partially conformant: parts may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to improve. This is a target rather than a certification.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic, keyboard-navigable interfaces.
- Sufficient color contrast and legible typography.
- Alternative text for meaningful images where provided.
- Respecting reduced-motion and other user preferences where feasible.
- Accessibility review as part of adding and updating features.
3. Scope and known limitations
This statement covers the interfaces we provide. Content uploaded by restaurants (for example, images and descriptions) and third-party components are outside our direct control and may not fully meet the guidelines. We encourage customers to provide accessible content, including descriptive text for images.
4. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@muzan.app with a description of the issue and the page involved. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a few business days and to provide the information or assistance you need, including a reasonable alternative way to access content where possible.
5. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement periodically and update it as the Service evolves.
